Less is More Explained

Less is More means stripping back the excess – choosing substance over show, clarity over chaos and living with more simplicity, authenticity and purpose.

At a time when “More is More” is considered the norm, simply ask: How is that working out for you?

The smartphone has created an epidemic of attention deficit disorder and reduced critical thinking, making it easier for people to be manipulated and for their behaviour and beliefs to be controlled.

Due to the reduction in community, we turn to technology to receive approval (sheeple) and spend hours making up fake stories about ourselves (Fakebook). Then we wonder why we are less happy than previous generations.

As if this were not enough, our food and water are toxic, and our healthcare (sick care) system adds to the toxic burden on our bodies.

About 50% of every dollar or pound we earn is taken from us in taxes, fees, and fines, creating financial insecurity, to feed the elites’ agenda. More compliance laws waste time and add inefficiency. We have never been more busy being busy, yet we are less productive.

The result: increased anxiety and stress, poorer health, less community and family, less purpose, and less satisfaction.

The Solution: choosing less

Fewer possessions reduce clutter, support finances, and removes the anxiety of having to “keep up with the Joneses”.

You do not own stuff, it owns you

Less bureaucracy frees life from needless complexity. Less broadcasting of every activity dissolves the need for fake validation and re-routes attention to who we really are as humans.

As an added benefit, less consumption also means a lighter environmental footprint and a less toxic planet.

Less is More is not austerity; it is alignment with our true nature.
